Thank you for supporting original fine art. Each piece is created, packaged, and shipped with the utmost care. Please review the policy below before making your purchase.
1. Eligibility
All sales of original artwork and limited-edition prints are considered final once shipped, except in cases of damage during transit or incorrect item fulfillment.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

Photos of the damage and packaging

Your order number and name
We’ll work with you to:

Replace the print (if available)

Repair the original (if possible)

Offer a full refund (if replacement or repair isn’t an option)
3. Color and Representation
Please note that colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in person due to variations in device display settings. These differences are not considered defects.
4. Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of fine art and limited editions, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

5. Shipping Returns (if approved)
If a return is authorized, the artwork must be:

Returned in its original packaging

Insured for the full value during shipping

Shipped within 7 days of return approval
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
6. Refund Timing
Once the artwork is safely returned and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
